Study-away programs
Botswana provides a fascinating and varied environment for study groups. We can help you design a stimulating itinerary tailored to meet the learning objectives of your course or program.
Groups can easily be run for up to twenty students. We will handle all logistics and catering. Accommodation arrangements can be tents, lodges or a mixture of both.
A rich diversity of study opportunities exist throughout Botswana, including Maun, Seronga, Ghanzi, Serowe, Tsodilo, the Okavango delta and the Central Kalahari.
Areas of study could include: Culture, Art, History, Environment, Ecology, Health, Current affairs, Social policy, Biology, Geography, Natural History, Zoology. We have access to a range of resident and guest speakers who can provide lectures and presentations in these areas to enrich your student's experience.
Our links to the University of Botswana and the Okavango Research Centre provide an invaluable learning resource. Many of the activities offered through our study-away programs directly support local community developments.
